Add Tag places a marker at the timeline cursor — duration and placement from 'Precise Range Duration' (3s default when unset).
Same structure as a project file — the video filename inside must match the loaded video. Tags are never added to the marker list automatically.

Navigate Silent Regions

Load a video and import a waveform JSON (via the Import Waveform input), then use the controls above to detect silent regions. Detected regions will appear as markers in the Markers tab.
